FABRIC CARE

We worked very hard to find the best technical fabrics for your clothes. These fabrics are super witty but they do require certain care to keep moisture away from your body so you can go the extra mile. It's not complicated - check out our tips:

  • Read the label   The label is packed with specific information on how to care for your nualime gear
  • Stick to cold water   Wash your running clothes in cold -- not warm or hot -- water. Never dry clean technical fabrics.
  • Separate darks and lights   Wash your running clothes inside-out with like colors. And wash darker colors together.
  • Do not bleach   These fabrics don't like fabric softeners
  • Don't put your running clothes in the dryer. Just air dry   Allow your technical running clothes to air dry. Putting them in the dryer will reduce the effectiveness of the sweat-wicking technology. And you help the environment.
  • Use a cool iron only   Most likely, you won't have to iron your technical running clothes. But, if you ever need to, only use a cool iron and watch out for tags and printed details.

You're super excited to take your new clothes to your yoga class. We get it. That's why we count on an incredible system to receive, process, and ship your order at the shortest period of time! We want you to love your new favorite workout clothes. But if for some reason you need to return or exchange an item, don't sweat it. We made it easy for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We at Nualime want you to love your new favorite workout clothes. But if for some reason you need to return or exchange an item, don't sweat it. We made it easy for you.

If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange, refund, or an account credit within 30 days of receipt. And the process is simple:

  1. Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.
  3. Our shipping envelope was crafted to handle returns: you can reuse it to send your items back to us and make a difference in saving our world.
  4. You will be notified when your goods are received at our facilities, after which, it typically takes 7-21 days for your card or account to be credited.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a $5 flat-rate in all orders and hassle-free returns in all orders.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship all orders from New York City via UPS, Monday through Friday. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Domestic orders usually take between 3 - 5 business days to arrive. International orders typically arrive in 1 - 2 weeks, though this time frame can be longer if an order is held at customs.

 

Can I expedite my order?

We offer UPS  shipping (2-3 business days) for a $5 flat-rate. You may select Express shipping for 1-2 day delivery.

 

How can I check the status of an order I placed?

If you created an Account profile when completing your payment on our site, you can access your order status in the My Account section on our site here, or you may contact us and we will be glad to check the status of your order for you. You should have also received an email with tracking info if your order has shipped.

 

Can I check out if I don’t have an account?

You can create an account at the end of the transaction or select "Checkout as a Guest" if you prefer to not set up an Account. 

 

What is your return policy?

We offer a risk-free shopping experience and encourage you to try on our clothing in the comfort of your own home.

We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged product for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
